Alex is a renewable energy consultant with International Rivers. His main focus is Latin America. His research outputs include an economic assessment of the plans focusing on quality of governmentʼs demand growth projections, use of renewable sources, the state of Guatemalaʼs efficiency programs and distributed generation alternatives to centralized power. He is also currently researching options for Californiaʼs Feed-In-Tariff legislation and Vehicle-to-Grid (V2G) potential.
